Theme: Enrich our life with smarter and greener connections

To summon scholars and engineers in communications and networking technologies around the world, several hottest and cutting edge topics will be discussed in CHINACOM2013, such as cloud computing, green radio, Internet of things, heterogeneous networking, and so on. The conference will consist of technical symposia, panels, tutorials, and workshops. The technical sessions will present original and fundamental research advances while the tutorials and workshops will focus on developments, applications, and related business issues. Following the great success of the past CHINACOM2006-2012, CHINACOM2013 will be held in Guilin, the city with most astonishing beautiful landscape in mainland China.

Publication: All accepted and presented papers will be included in the ChinaCom2013 Conference Proceedings, and will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and EI Compendex.Papers accepted and presented in ChinaCom2006-2012 have been indexed by EI entirely. Selected best and outstanding papers will be considered for publication in special issues of MONET and SCN (SCI indexed) after further extension.
