The conference will be held at the Tang Dynasty West Market Hotel Xi’an, located within the national 4A-level scenic area of Tang Dynasty West Market Jiugong Fang. Opened in April 2012 and designed by renowned architect Zhang Jinqiu, the hotel seamlessly blends the cultural heritage of the ancient Chang’an City from the Tang Dynasty with modern luxury. The hotel features a range of amenities, including indoor swimming pools, a spa center, chess and card rooms, and various fitness facilities. Within 500 meters, guests can easily access the subway station at Northwestern Polytechnical University as well as multiple bus routes.

How to Get There
Flights
To reach Xi’an, you will arrive at Xi’an Xianyang International Airport, approximately 25 kilometers from the city center. There are several convenient transportation options from the airport:
1. Xi’an Hi-tech Business Express Shuttle
Operating from 08:40 to 20:30 with departures every 30 minutes, this shuttle provides direct service to Zhi Cheng Li Bai Hotel in about 80 minutes. The hotel is located approximately 1.5 kilometers from the conference venue.
2. Taxi and Ride-Hailing Services
Taxi Pick-up Points
o Terminal 2 (T2): Opposite Gate 213.
o Terminal 3 (T3): Outside Gate 03 at the Ground Transportation Center (GTC), Level 1.
Ride-Hailing Pick-up Points
o T2: Opposite Exit C1 of the metro station, about 50 meters away.
o T3: From Gate 03 at GTC, Level 1, walk straight for approximately 100 meters.
A taxi or ride-hailing trip to downtown typically takes around 60 minutes, depending on traffic.
3. Metro
Metro Line 14 connects the airport to the city. Both T2 and T3 terminals have clear signage guiding passengers to the metro stations.
High-Speed Rail (From Xi’an Bei Railway Station)
To reach Xi’an by high-speed rail, you will arrive at Xi’an North Railway Station, located approximately 15 kilometers north of downtown Xi’an. For transportation from the station, there are several convenient options:
1. Taxi and Ride-Hailing Services
Follow the signs at the South Square to reach the Taxi Stand and Ride-Hailing Pick-up Area . The journey to the hotel takes approximately 35-50 minutes, depending on traffic.
2. Metro
Xi’an North Railway Station is served by Metro Lines 2, 4, and 14. For a more direct route, we recommend taking Line 2 and transferring to Line 5. The total metro travel time, including walking and transfers, is approximately 1 hour.
Train (From Xi’an Railway Station)
If you arrive at Xi’an Railway Station via conventional train services, the station is located within the historic city wall, approximately 8 kilometers from downtown.There are several convenient transportation options:
1. Taxi and Ride-Hailing Services
Follow the signs to the Taxi Stand at the East Square of the station (please avoid unofficial taxis). For ride-hailing services (e.g., Didi), set your pick-up location as “Xi’an Station East Square”. The journey to the hotel takes approximately 25-40 minutes, depending on traffic.
2. Metro
The Xi’an Railway Station Metro Stop is located 300 meters from the station square and connects to Metro Line 4. You can transfer from Line 4 to either Line 5 or Line 6 to reach the hotel area. The total metro travel time is approximately 30 minutes.
