EAI Chinacom 2020 will take place on Voov Meeting in a live and interactive format. Attendance is free of charge.
The pre-recorded presentations will be streamed according to the Program of the Conference which is scheduled to start on the 20th of October at 9:00 Shanghai, China time. Each presentation will last about 15 minutes, followed by a live 10-15 minute Q&A moderated by the Session Chair. Authors and co-authors are required to be online at the set time to ensure a lively and constructive discussion of their research paper. Author presence in the live Q&A is a prerequisite for having the paper published in the proceedings. Please test your webcam and microphone settings before the conference starts.
How to Join the Sessions (for authors, discussants, and attendees)
- Install VooV Meeting in advance.
- Open the session links: Room 1, Room 2.
- When prompted, enter the meeting passcode.
